Highlights
Situated a few kilometers out of town are the Roluos Group of temples. These are known as one of the earliest of the Khmer Capital cities, dating back to ninth century. There are 3 main ones, LoLei, Preah Kho and Prasat Bakong. These temples known as Hariharlaya; which were dedicated to the Hindu gods Shiva and Vishnu. These are highly significant Pre-Angkorian Temples and a favourite tourist attraction.We shall enjoy lunch together at a local restaurant where you can taste local or western food.
We also take you out to a local floating village called Mea Chrei, here you get to see a true local experience and interact with the locals. There is then an option of either visiting a Silk farm where you get shown and taught how silk is made or go to a shooting range where you can shoot different weapons at various targets including a cow!!
