This huge metropolis is almost of equal size to Angkor Wat complex, and once held the title of being the capital of the Khmer empire. Here, not so many tourists visit and as such it is the perfect place to explore, marvel and learn about this ancient civilization, whilst grabbing your selfie stick for the obligatory shot in-front of these historical structures.

You will be left mesmerized by the pyramid shaped steps of Prasat Prang which is within the giant complex of Prasat Prom. Other idyllic temples such as Prasat Prang leave the impression of ancient temples morphing into the jungle.
